The Kelvedon Free Music Festival is rapidly gaining a reputation as a high quality ‘must go’ event. It has always had a strong local flavour, and is run by a team of hard working volunteers and funded by local businesses.

As the festival has grown year by year, so have the costs, overheads and health and safety requirements. It is getting harder and harder to keep on top of these so to keep this festival free we need your support!

We offer various levels of sponsorship of the festival, highlighting your company to a large number of ideal consumers.

Programme Advertising
You may choose to advertise in our ever popular Festival Programme which now has a circulation of around 5,000 copies delivered free to homes in Kelvedon, Feering, Tiptree and Coggeshall before the festival, and handed out on the day. This is a low cost high volume way of advertising your company. All artwork must be supplied by you but can include text, photos or illustrations. Costs are as follows:
• Full page - £120
• Half Page - £65
• Quarter Page - £40

Sponsorship of Bands
This will include your company being highlighted in the programme (circa 5000 copies) with the sponsored bands listing, mention on our website www.kelvedonfreemusicfestival.co.uk, a 'shout out' as the band is introduced, and an A1 or similar sized poster advertising your company (provided by you) being onstage whilst the band is playing. You are of course also welcome to have a presence at the festival handing out any literature of your own. Cost per band available on request.

Overall Festival Sponsorship
For the highest impact possible we are offering companies the opportunity to take advantage of one of our complete advertising packages both of which are outlined below. Both avenues offer sole trade rights to your company type.

Second Stage Sponsorship - £1000
This would entail large format posters and signs constantly being displayed across the stage. Any reasonable advertising you provide to us would be displayed. Also you would receive a free full page ad in the programme, and are welcome to provide any literature of your own at the festival.

Title Sponsorship - £2,500 - £3,000
This in effect would rename the festival as your festival! All available media could be reformatted to become 'The ****** Kelvedon Free Music Festival' and all promotional material would bear this name. You will of course get your company logo on the front of all programmes, as well as a full page spread, and mention of any other advertising avenues such as the radio would bear your name. You would have a constant presence on the main banner across the stage, as well as other ideas you would like to provide for us, and again are welcome to hand out your own material during the festival. Frankly the audience would not be able to get away from you!
