AloneMe/Travellor gig - fundraising success! |
|
A big thank you to all those who turned out and enjoyed themselves for the fundraising gig on 11th May at the Kelvedon Institute. Both AloneMe and Travellor were fantastic and helped us raise over £350 towards the Festival 2007 kitty - great news!
AloneMe will be performing for us again at the Kelvedon Free Music Festival on 14th July - more details on their website: www.aloneme.com. Although not part of this year's Festival itself this year, Travellor will be performing at the High Barn, Great Bardfield on 20th July, so do your best to get along and see them. Festival 2007 confirmed line-up and press release... |
|
Shock horror - an update! You'll be please to hear that the final line-up for the Kelvedon Free Music Festival 2007 is now confirmed and detailed in the official Kelvedon Free Music Festival 2007 press release. The line-up is shown on the right hand side of the website with an increasing number of links to the artist profiles. Unfortunately, since confirmation we've had one band drop out, but fear not - their slot will soon be filled!
Headlining the Festival this year is the multi talented John Otway, who is joined on the main stage by amongst others, Koopa - who played the Festival last year and then went on to become the first unsigned band to score a Top 40 hit on downloads alone. We'll have the Shutupfool Studios stage running again this year where you can check out some slightly edgier music. So put the dates in your diary and make sure you come along for a great day out! |
